Music Production Course 1

WANT TO TRY MUSIC PRODUCTION?

Have you ever dreamed of producing your own music, but don’t quite know where to start? Or maybe you’ve already experimented a little and would like some help getting properly started?

LUMA is launching a new Music Production Course in collaboration with Kalundborg Musisk Skole and the national initiative “Mærkbar”, giving young people aged 16–30 the chance to explore music production and songwriting in a small and relaxed group.

The course is led by professional songwriter and producer Rasmus Elk Olsen, who has many years of experience guiding both beginners and experienced musicians.

During the course, Rasmus will introduce you to LUMA’s new music production stations and help you create music in exactly the style and genre you want to work with. You can explore everything from beats and production to songwriting and lyrics. If you mainly want to focus on lyrics, that is also completely possible.

The atmosphere will be cosy, informal and hands-on, with plenty of room to experiment, ask questions and develop your own ideas.

You sign up for one course consisting of 4 sessions:

Thursday 22 October · 17:00–19:00
Thursday 29 October · 17:00–19:00
Thursday 5 November · 17:00–19:00
Thursday 12 November · 17:00–19:00

The whole course costs only 30 DKK, and your first soda at LUMA is included.

There are only 6 spots available, so it’s first come, first served.

After the first four sessions, there will be an opportunity to continue with another course if you want to develop your skills further.

When signing up, write a few words about yourself and where you are on your music production journey. You do not need any previous experience. Curiosity and the desire to learn are enough.
