ALMA PILATES at LUMA

Join us for ALMA PILATES, our new weekly Pilates sessions at LUMA Youth House, guided by our lovely volunteers Aluma and Maria!

Every Wednesday, Aluma and Maria will guide you through an hour of Pilates exercises accompanied by music, using our brand-new Pilates equipment.

The sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level. Whether you're completely new to Pilates or have been practising for years, you're more than welcome to join! Aluma and Maria will guide you through the exercises, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere where everyone can participate at their own pace.

Come and enjoy an hour of movement, good music and great company!
